Return & Exchange Policy
At Sumu, your satisfaction is our priority. Each abaya is crafted with care, and we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, please review our return and exchange guidelines below:
✅ Eligibility for Return/Exchange

Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

Customized or personalized abayas are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective.
🔄 Exchange Process

Exchanges can be made for size, color, or a different design of equal value (subject to availability).

If the preferred item is not available, a store credit may be issued.
💳 Refunds

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
🚚 Return Shipping

For UAE orders: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrectly delivered.

For international orders: Customers are responsible for both return and exchange shipping costs.
